Mill Pond is located at 1500 Old Mill Ln, Lansing, MI, 48911 – at the Holt border. The location of Mill Pond cannot be beat. We have a CATA bus line located next to our Resident Center, and beautiful parks within a 10 minute drive which offer bike trails, hiking, fishing and boating.
Our community offers numerous amenities to residents. The on-site clubhouse includes a full kitchen, and is spacious and extremely affordable for residents to host events. Our community playground is centrally located in the community and is perfect for small children. Additionally, older children can be entertained by the basketball court and fields. Our RV storage is gated and secure for all large item storage needs, and it is free for residents to use.
Our lovely neighborhood is close to everything! We are conveniently located on major bus routes, and walking distance to restaurants and groceries. Vahalla Park, located in nearby Holt, has a bike trail that is 13 miles and will take you clear to downtown Lansing.
