Mill Pond is located at 1500 Old Mill Ln, Lansing, MI, 48911 – at the Holt border. The location of Mill Pond cannot be beaten. We have a CATA bus line located next to our Resident Center, and picturesque parks within a 10-minute drive which offer bike trails, hiking, fishing, and boating.

Amenities

Our community’s on-site clubhouse includes a full kitchen, and it’s a spacious and extremely affordable venue where residents can host events. The community playground is centrally located and is perfect for kids. Additionally, our basketball court, picnic area, and fields offer plenty of entertainment opportunities for older children and teens! Our RV storage is gated and secure for all large item storage needs, and it is free for residents to use.

Community

Our lovely neighborhood is close to everything! We are conveniently located on major bus routes and within walking distance of restaurants and groceries. Residents of our community don’t need to worry about dangerous driving during winter months — we can see the grocery store right from the front porch of the Resident Center!

Mill Pond is on the border of Holt, which is an award-winning school district. The area is also known for being close to MSU since the beloved campus is in nearby East Lansing.

The knowledgeable staff at Mill Pond are dedicated to providing quality service. Our on-site community management team is well established, with the Manager having been in the office for 5+ years.

Please note that we’ve also got some wonderful mobile homes in Coldwater, Michigan in our Tallgrass community.

Local Activities

Old Town Lansing is exactly that — old and historic! With vintage train stops and cobblestone streets, it’s a fun place to enjoy some great, local, family-owned diners and visit the many antique shops. Lansing Lugnuts Stadium is close by, and it’s perfect for catching a baseball game, enjoying a hot dog, and sipping a cold beer. REO Town is about 5 minutes from downtown Lansing and boasts funky little eclectic shops, restaurants, and more.

Valhalla Park, located in nearby Holt, has a bike trail that is 13 miles long and will take you clear to downtown Lansing. Who wouldn’t love to bike to a wonderful restaurant and enjoy a cold refreshment on a hot summer day? Birchfield Park and Cottonwood Campground also provide plenty of outdoor entertainment opportunities.

Restaurants and shopping options close by are nearly endless! Kroger, Meijer, McDonald’s, Taco Bell, Burger King, Lowe’s, Celebration Cinema, and Target are just a small selection of the entertainment and dining options to choose from.
