Location

Pheasant Run Community is located on Cook Street past Dirksen Parkway, just 5 minutes from Downtown Springfield and close to groceries, restaurants, and shopping. We also have quick access to Bergen Park Gold Course, and are just minutes from Interstates 55 &72. Lake Springfield and Lincoln Greens Golf Course are also only 15 minutes away! Our neighborhood has the feeling of being in the country, but is still just a quick drive from the heart of downtown happenings.

Pheasant Run is a well-lit gated community that has the feel of being in a quaint country setting. The community is well established and completely fenced in. Many of our residents own their homes and some of our residents have lived in the community for 20+ years. The neighborhood offers community events and contests to the residents throughout the year, and also provides professional services such as 24 hour maintenance.

The community is located on a quiet dead-end road, making it feel as if it were in a rural area, but it is in a central location for quick access to downtown and highways. We have an on-site office to provide quality service, as well as a picnic area and recreational fields for community gatherings.
